We can't guarantee you'll play better golf, but we can provide a guarantee that covers our fitting and build services.
At Precision Golf, our only concern is that you have the right clubs to play your best game. If after a comprehensive fitting analysis it turns out that the best clubs for you are the ones you have, we’ll tell you.
We never recommend equipment if doesn’t give the player an improvement based on what they have – which often comes as surprise to our customers, as you’ll read in their reviews.
We might recommend something to extend the life of your club – like re-gripping, or a lie / loft adjustment.
This approach is part of our guarantee to you – we’ll always recommend the clubs that work best for your game.
Our guarantee also covers the build of our clubs – the fact that our custom fittings all take place on-site means that there is never miscommunication between club fitter and club builder. Equipment is built perfectly to specification every time.
Should you get the clubs and feel something isn’t quite right, we’ll review with you free of charge and make adjustments or replace clubs in rare instances where the club you received simply isn’t the same as the one you were fitted for.
So confident are we in our build process we guarantee you that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will without charge for labour or parts, repair or replace the product if it is defective.
Naturally the Precision Guarantee does not cover transport costs and risks associated with transport of your product to us if you chose to ship the product.
Although our guarantee is wide ranging, it does not cover periodic maintenance and repair or parts replacement due to wear and tear, nor can we fix repairs or attempted repairs made by persons who are not employees of Precision Golf. We’re sure you understand.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse free-of-charge remedial services if we believe the defects have been caused by you.
If the remedial service agreement with you is not performed or is improperly performed by us, follow-up arrangements will be made to rectify the problem.
Should you have any complaints regarding services or products received from us, please send an email to info@precisiongolf.co.uk detailing the nature of your complaint.
We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the problem while keeping you informed about progress. All complaints will be dealt with as soon as possible and we’ll be friendly right through the process, we promise.
